I have been taking my mother to this office for over 5 years. She is 76 and disabled and they take such great care of her. I just had to spread the word. When I had a billing issue a year ago it was fixed in less than an hour and the confusion was throughly explained. Customer service at the front desk is top notch. When they see us coming with the wheelchair someone always jumps up to assist. You are not going to have to wait. They call you back AT your appointment time. Dr Asher feels like family now. Between her and Venita I can’t compliment them enough. They don’t hesitate for one second when it’s time to help my mom move around in tight spaces and they definitely put her comfortability second only to the actual dental work. If she’s cold she has a blanket in seconds. The work is always carefully explained before and after. These people really care about their patients, front to back office. There are many many dental providers in the area but and I would not trust another dentist to help with my mother.
